L’azienda Zafferaglio segue un’agricoltura biologica profonda, la coltivazione è naturale senza uso di antiparassitari, diserbanti e senza aggiunta di concimi chimici. Produciamo circa una ventina di microgreens tutto l’anno, le tagliamo la mattina e le consegnamo il pomeriggio freschissime, in vaschette del peso di 40 e 30 g di prodotto. Se conservate chiuse dentro la propria confezione, e mantenute in frigorifero, possono mantenere la loro freschezza per circa una settimana/dieci giorni.
Oltre alle microgreens produciamo anche ottimo aglio, bianco e rosso spagnolo, di tipo rocambole, cioè con lo stelo duro. Questo tipo di aglio si conserva a lungo, fino a dodici mesi nelle giuste condizioni.
La nostra azienda produce anche zafferano, per adesso ancora in piccole quantità, ma la qualità ottima lo renderà presto uno dei nostri prodotti più importanti.
Queste sono le varietà ortive su cui ci concentriamo di più, ma contemporaneamente produciamo anche tanti altri prodotti come ad esempio fagiolane, fagioli borlotti, cipolle, scalogno, lattughe, zucche, zucchine, prezzemolo, coriandolo, portulaca e altro ancora.
The Zafferaglio company follows a deep organic agriculture, the cultivation is natural without the use of pesticides, herbicides and without the addition of chemical fertilizers. We produce about twenty microgreens all year round, cut them in the morning and deliver them fresh in the afternoon, in trays weighing 50 and 30 g of product. If kept closed in their packaging, and kept in the refrigerator, they can maintain their freshness for about a week / ten days. In addition to microgreens we also produce excellent Spanish white and red garlic, of the rocambole type, that is, with the hard stem. This type of garlic can be kept for a long time, up to twelve months in the right conditions. Our company also produces saffron, for now still in small quantities, but the excellent quality will soon make it one of our most important products. These are the vegetable varieties on which we focus more, but at the same time we also produce many other products such as beans, borlotti beans, onions, shallots, lettuces, pumpkins, zucchini, parsley, coriander, purslane and more.
